Jackson Morse Jones, a beacon of joy and happiness, passed away on May 19, 2025, at the tender age of six months. Born on October 25, 2024, in Andrews, Texas to loving parents Luke and Ashton Jones, he was a light in the lives of all who knew him.
Jackson was the happiest baby, always ready to share a big smile that could light up any room. His laughter was a melody that resonated in the hearts of those around him, creating memories that will be treasured for a lifetime. Jackson's presence was a constant reminder of the beauty and innocence of life.
He is survived by his parents, Luke and Ashton Jones of Andrews, Texas adoring sister, Avery also of Andrews, grandparents, Morse and Melinda Haynes of Midland, Texas and Lori and David Jones of Lake City, Kansas, who cherished every moment spent with their grandson, as did his great-grandparents, Betty and Eldon Maxwell of Pampa, TX, and Joan and Tony Lowrance of Eastland, TX. A host of aunts, uncles, and cousins also surrounded Jackson with affection and care, each of them touched by his gentle spirit. His family takes comfort in knowing that he is now cradled in the arms of his grandmothers, Dorinda Haynes and Rebecca Jones, who preceded him in death.
As his family mourns his passing, they also celebrate the happiness he brought to their lives. Jackson Morse Jones will forever remain an angel in their memories, a brief but beautiful chapter in their family's story.
The Jones family will gather for a Memorial Service to celebrate Jackson's life at 10:00 AM Friday, May 23, 2025 at Means Methodist Church in Andrews, Texas with Thacker Haynes officiating. Arrangements are under the personal care of McNett Funeral Home.
