Travis Aubrey, a cherished member of the Andrews community and a devoted family man, passed away peacefully in Andrews, Texas on October 5, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on February 23, 1945, Travis led a life marked by hard work, creativity, and a deep love for his family.
Travis was the proud owner of Bills Auto Parts, where he served the community with integrity for many years. His entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of auto parts made him a reliable resource for countless customers who came to appreciate his dedication to quality service.
A graduate of Paducah High School, Class of 1964, Travis continued to pursue his passions throughout his life. He found joy in gardening, painting, and tinkering in his workshop, where he built and repaired numerous projects with care and skill.
Travis was married to his beloved wife, Rosemary, from June 12, 1966, until her passing. Together, they created a nurturing home filled with love and laughter, and their legacy continues through their children. He is survived by his daughter, Tonya Reid and her husband Larry Reid of Andrews; his sons, Kevin Aubrey and his wife Carla of Midland TX, and David Aubrey and his wife Angela of Andrews. Travis was a proud grandfather to 12 grandchildren and a loving great-grandfather to 23 great-grandchildren.
He is predeceased by his wife, Rosemary, and his parents, Wiley and Opal Aubrey.
A graveside service will be held on October 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Andrews County North Cemetery, located at NW Ave D, Andrews, TX 79714, where family and friends will gather to honor Travis's life and legacy.
Travis Aubrey leaves behind a remarkable legacy of love, resilience, and community spirit that will be cherished by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
