Jacky Hoosier Obituary
He was born November 7, 1983, in Man, WV, a son of Albert L. Hoosier and Eunice Eileen Hoosier.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Crystal Hoosier, grandparents, Albert & Dorothy Hoosier and James & Tressa Fox, uncles, Dennis Hoosier, Billy Fox, Rob Fox, Jeff Fox, Joe Fox, and James Fox, aunts, Jeanie Vance, Sally Fox and Francis Music, and his father and mother-in-law, Charles & Tammy Casterline.
Jacky enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved playing football and enjoyed spending time with his wife and family.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his two daughters, Megan Hoosier and Jacklyn Hoosier; one stepdaughter, Ashley Slazo; one stepson, Nathan Slazo; five brothers, Albert Leonard Hoosier II (Tasha Hoosier), Robert "Caleb" Hoosier, Michael Hoosier, Chris Hoosier, and Ronnie Hoosier; two grandchildren, Bryson "Bubbles" Paul and Cole Teddy Hoosier; his special nephews, Cory Hoosier, John Colton Hoosier and Albert Hoosier; and his aunts and uncles, Mae (Larry) Massey, Rose Mary & Roy Lamb, Lou Russel, Algie (Patty) Hoosier, Sharon (Jim) Warner, Audrey (Joe) Nelson, Daniel (Wilma) Hoosier, Katherine (Darby) Smoot, Kathy (Rob) Fox, one special cousin, Jerry Nelson and a host of cousins.
Services will be held at 4:00pm, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the Crown Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Charles Vance and Pastor Jody Rose officiating.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at the church.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
