Jacob is survived by his mother Sandy; two sisters Shannon (Bryan) Ellie of Peshtigo and Tiffannie (Nick) Mouford of Abrams; nieces and nephews, Hannah, Nolan, Rocco, Hank, Juliana and Olivia; he is further survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and his dog Adrian. He was preceded in death by his father John "Jake" and grandparents.
Friends may call at Thielen Funeral Home on Friday August 5th from 3pm to 6pm. A prayer Service will be held at 6pm. Burial will be in St Joseph Cemetery in Walsh.
