Jacob was born on July 24, 1975 to his parents Larry Givans and Donna Skaggs Hall of Louisville, Ky. He loved nature, fishing, camping, outdoors. He was catholic by faith.
Survived by his parents Larry Givans (Linda) and Donna Skaggs Hall (David), brothers Willis Givans (Kimberly), Steven Givans (Stephanie); step brother and sister Robbie Pryor (Shelley) and Jennifer True (Eric); nieces and nephews Justin, April, Kelsey, Julia, Kayley, Waylon and a host of family and friends that loved him.
Funeral service will be Wednesday October 18, 2023 at 2:00pm with a burial to follow Bethany Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00-2:00pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Healing Place, St. Judes Children's Foundation, Crusade for Children and Addiction Treatment Center.
