Jacob "Jake" Charles Johnson Haley, 22, of Woodbury passed away suddenly, September 16, 2025 from injuries substained in an auto accident. He was born in Rutherford Co., the son of Bethany Archer (Dewayne Hill) of Estill Springs and Chucky Johnson of Woodbury.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, William "Alex" Haley of Woodbury and Chyna Armstrong of Tullahoma; his niece, Opal Jane Armstrong; grandparents, Gina Simpson, Charles and Penny Johnson all of Woodbury; great grandparents, Herbert Clyde and Barbara Haley of Woodbury. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Jake was preceded in death by his brother, Dalton Wayne Haley and grandparents, Jeanette Smith and Kenneth Archer.

Jake was a factory worker and worked at Cold Chain. He had the biggest heart and was very smart. Jake loved working on cars and motorcycles.

Jake's family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 24, 2025 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverside Gardens cemetery.
