Jacob is survived by his daughter: Jayden Johnson; parents: Kenny "Dooger" and Wendy Johnson; sister: Jenna (Mason) Lund; mother of his daughter: Taylor Brehmer; grandmother: Kathy Bauch; aunts and uncles: Debbie (Kenny) Eckelberg, Bob (Trudy) Johnson, Melinda (Greg) Martens, Becky (Kris) Johnson, Michael (Rachel) Johnson, Kris Bauch; and many cousins, friends, and relatives. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Bob and Bonnie Johnson and Paul Bauch; and a cousin: Kyle Eckelberg.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at the Albrecht Funeral Homes, Edgerton from 3 PM to 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, a college fund is being established at the Bank of Edgerton for Jayden Johnson.

I am so sorry to hear about Jake´s passing. I was in the Health Office in the Middle School when he was there. He was a great student. He came to the Health Office when he needed to. He was a great student, great young man, and caring loving individual. He truly will be missed.

Such a nice and polite young man is now without the pain he was in when I saw him last at our New Year´s Eve party. He was in pain when he came from his bedroom to find out what we were laughing about. He joined us four women in celebrating the new year. He was courageous with the pain he was in. We will miss his choice of meals he ordered and his smile. Rest in peace Jake. No more pain. Now you can watch your daughter all the time from the best seat in heaven. Beverly
