Jacob Swann Obituary

Jacob was born on March 12, 2007 to Mónica and Jack in Mount Holly, NJ and raised in Mount Laurel, NJ. Jacob was set to graduate from Lenape High School in June and continue on to The College of New Jersey to major in biology. He was on the swim team at Lenape. Jacob enjoyed volleyball, weightlifting, video games and hanging out with his friends. He will be missed deeply by his family and friends.
Jacob is survived by his loving parents, Mónica (nee Ramiréz) and Jack; his sisters, Jacqueline and Natalie; his grandmother, Bertha Mata; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to Jacob's viewing on Sunday, June 1, 2025 from 3PM-6PM at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 10:30AM at Saint John Neumann Roman Catholic Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Interment will follow at Jesus Bread of Life Cemetery, Mount Laurel, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to Good Counsel Home of Burlington County, 116 Heulings Avenue, Riverside, NJ 08075. If making doantion on the website, please note donations to be directed to the South Jersey location. Good Counsel Homes of Burlington County

I'm so sorry for your loss. I saw the news that he was a swimmer. I can only offer my prayers and support from afar. I graduated in 2018 and was affected by the 2015 Swimming School bus accident. He is forever an Indian.
From one swimmer to another, he will be dearly missed by the lenape swimming family.
