I worked with Jake a couple years ago. While I didn't know him as well as I would have liked, I did know that he was a really kind person who was always willing to help others, he had a wonderful sense of humor, and he was passionate about his interests. We had a lot of nice conversations that always made the day better. I hadn't seen him in a long time and I miss him, but knowing that he's gone now, I miss him even more. I pray for his family that the pain and sorrow is not too heavy a burden, and that one day only good memories will prevail and remain.
