Jacqueline "Jackie" Mary Giessinger (nee: Ruhe) from Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on June 23, 2024 at the age of 88. She was the beloved wife of Neill Giessinger; She is survived by her husband Neill Giessinger. Also surviving are their three daughters; Merrie (Jeff) Darrah, Laurie (Doug) Willerding, Lynn (Jim) Drullinger-Galvin; their two sons, Mark (Pam) Giessinger, Michael (Gina) Giessinger; 14 grandchildren Jason, Jacob, Angie, Matthew, Katie, Luke, Kelly, Adam, Emily, Mark, Andy, Nick, Micaela; 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren; brother, Jim Ruhe of Rapid City, SD; She is preceded in death by her father, John (Jack) Ruhe, mother, Elizabeth Ruhe (nee: Carey), grandson, Eric Darrah.
Jackie was born on December 22, 1935 in Watertown, SD, attended school there and married her High School sweetheart in 1952. The family moved to Wentzville, MO in 1969 where they opened Neills Clothing Store. Jackie worked for many years in the office at Wentzville High School, where she was affectionally known as "Mrs. G". In the 80's she went to work at the St. Charles County Board of REALTORS, where she was known as "JG", and worked there until she retired. Shortly after retiring, she became a nanny for two little sisters for their first few years and continued a special relationship with the girls and their family.
Jackie always had a smile and happy, kind personality and was always willing to lend a listening ear to anyone. She loved her husband and family dearly and was so proud of each one of them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
