Jacqueline Dockery Miller, 74, of Kannapolis, NC passed away Monday, August 26, 2024, at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord, NC.

She was born October 31, 1949, in Pensacola, FL to the late Ruth and Lee Roy Dockery. She lived all over the U.S. (with a short stint in Cuba), cultivating lifelong friendships along the way.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, John Miller of Kannapolis, NC, three daughters: Rachael (Lionel) Benavidez of Sunnyside, NY; Emily (Terry) Guarisco of Knoxville, TN; Lauren (Kevin) Cary of Davidson, NC; and brother Darryl (Cherie) Dockery of Moulton, AL.

Jacque was a caring and loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who treasured every moment with her husband, her daughters, and her five grandchildren: Hannah, McKenna, Alden, David, and Ryan. Her many close friends and family all helped her passionately enjoy this life.

She loved staying updated on the lives of everyone she met. Jacque also enjoyed crafting, a large glass of sweet tea, traveling with family and friends, and had a knack for helping others find their style, both in fashion and in their homes.
