Jacqueline R. Osburn, born on September 13, 1945, in Flint, Michigan, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, in Lebanon, Ohio. A devoted school bus driver and supervisor, Jacqueline was known for her steadfast dedication to her work and the countless children she transported safely, fostering a sense of community and care in her role.
Jacqueline's vibrant personality shone through her love for family and the adventures they shared. She was an avid traveler who cherished exploring new places with her loving husband, Keith A. Osburn. Together, they created memories that displayed their joy for life. Her love for worldwide travel was an extreme passion. However her pastimes, which included scrapbooking and attending family events, ensured that every moment was captured and celebrated. Jacqueline was described as tough yet loving, and her enthusiasm for baseball, particularly her favorite team, the Cleveland Indians (not the Guardians), showcased her spirited nature.
Her family's affection for her is evident in the way that they remember her. Jacqueline is survived by her husband, Keith A. Osburn; daughter, Lynne M. Beard (Eric); and her beloved granddaughters, Kimberlyn R. Beard and Mary Katherine (Katie) Beard son, Keith A. Osburn II (Jennifer); grandsons Hunter A. Osburn, Jacob A. Osburn; .
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tracey Lee Osburn, as well as her parents, Clarence and Lillian Sisson, and brother, Robert Sisson and sister Mary Kuula.. Each of these family members holds a special place in Jacqueline's heart and will be remembered fondly.
The community is invited to honor Jacqueline's life during a visitation on February 25, 2026, from 10:15 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Families First at Edwards, located at 1166 Parsons Ave, Columbus, OH 43206. Burial will take place at Green Lawn Cemetery at 2:00 PM on the same day.
Jacqueline R. Osburn's legacy of love, strength, and community engagement will continue to resonate through the lives of her family and those who had the privilege of knowing her.
