Jacqueline Rocha, age 74 of McConnells, South Carolina passed away on Wednesday, 6 August 2025. She was born to Fernando and Virginia Acosta on 3 December, 1950.

Jackie graduated Lakeview High School in Chicago before proudly finishing her degree at Arizona Western College.

Jackie served as a social worker for the Cabrini Green Housing Projects in Chicago and a state public servant for Arizona Department of Economic Security. She volunteered many hours and support of breast cancer awareness for many years. She devoted her time and money to feed underpreviliged children, while living in Mexico.

Despite her busy schedule, her family and friends were Jackie‘s passion and joy, especially if it involved dancing and going to a beach. She lived to spend summers and holidays with her brother, Fernando and sister, Dalila. Jackie enjoyed hosting parties for any birthday celebration, especially her children and grandchildren. For many years leading up to her passing, she collected many cookbooks. She loved to watch food tutorials and cooking channels. She was an amazing cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, especially over the holidays.

She is survived by her ex-husband, Fidel, and her three children, Rhowena, Rudy, and Fidelito. She is also survived by her sister, Dalila, and her two brothers, Fernando and Edwin.

The family gives everyone who cared for Jackie in the last three years of her life their greatest and warmest gratitude.

The family will be having a private celebration of life.
