Our hearts are broken to announce the passing of Jacqueline Ann Kaiser Schach at 77 years old, in Berea, OH. She joins her late sisters, Carolyn Kaiser Masterson and Constance Kaiser, and parents Eugene and Dorothy Kaiser.
Growing up in Rocky River, OH, Jackie graduated from Magnificat High School class of 1965. She stayed in Rocky River to raise her five children while running the family business, Kaisers Greenhouse and Flower Shop. Jackie went on to finish out her working career at Fifth Third Bank. Throughout her career, she enjoyed interacting with the customers; many who became friends.
Jackie was most recently a member of Rocky River United Methodist Church but often reflected kindly towards her Catholic upbringing at St Christophers; feeling a special relationship with the Virgin Mary.
Jacqueline is survived by her children: Laura O'Brien, Stephanie Shaffer, Kimberly Schach, David Schach, Sarah (Earl) Martin, and brother in law Harvey Spector. Jackie had a special love towards her grandchildren: Michaellanne (Jason) Potts, Taylor and Jesse O'Brien, Grace (Drew Sesler), Hannah and Jacob Shaffer, Jordann (Garth) Green, Earl Joshua and Tyler Martin and her great grandchildren: Hailey and Benjamin Brown, Maverick Potts, and Ernest and Arley Green. She also leaves behind her beloved cats Willie and Brother, and a large number of extended family members and friends who became family.
Jackie had a deep love for animals, always having a dog or cat in her care, and enjoyed taking trips to relive her memories of riding at Rocky River Stables. Jackie was a hard working business woman, an expressive mom, sympathetic grandmother, and faithful servant of Jesus Christ. The loss of her presence is felt widely by who knew her.
Please join her family for a memorial service at Rocky River United Methodist Church on Friday October 18, 2024 at 9AM. Despite her long history in the flower industry, in lieu of flowers, Jackie would prefer donations to your local dog, cat or equine rescue.

Jackie was 3 years older than me but a great childhood friend. We were neighbors for 20 plus years until I married and moved out of state.
We played together, roller and ice skated together, and walked to and from St. Christopher´s with her siblings and mine each day.
I hung around the greenhouse as a kid and later worked there for a summer. We all disbudded carnations together.
It was great seeing her when I would come home to visit. I will miss her and her family as they all have joined our Heavenly Father.
My sincere condolences and heartfelt sorrow ti her family for their loss.
Love you Jackie
