Jacqueline Elaine Sereno, 74, of Oakland, passed away on November 25, 2024, at Peace Healthcare at Dennett Road. Born on April 20, 1950, in Oakland, she was the daughter of the late Edgel and Estafee (Jackson) Sereno.

Jacqueline was a graduate of Southern High School and was a volunteer at Crellin Elementary. She will be remembered for enjoying the simple things in life. She looked forward to road trips, especially to her favorite restaurants, and was a fan of the Gunsmoke TV series. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her two brothers, Edgel "Sonny" Sereno and wife Mitzi of Potomac, MD, and Tom Sereno and wife Diane of Oakland; two brothers in law, Russel Davis and Kenneth Alexander; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six siblings, Eleanor Gallagher and husband Vincent, Louise Canon and husband James, Betsy Davis, Deborah Alexander, Helen "Susi" Roth and husband Harold, and Marry Ellen DeWitt.

A private funeral service will be held and interment will follow in the Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
