Jackie, 86, formerly of Rolling Meadows, IL passed away January 6, 2024 at Oakcrest Assisted Living Facility in Elgin, Il. She was a golfer, bowler, election judge and dog lover. She enjoyed going up north on vacations and traveling with her husband.
She was the loving wife of John of 58 years until his death in June 2016; Mother of Greg (the Late Dawn), John (Debbie), Tom, Mike (Michelle) and Chris Sulek; Grandmother of Jeremy (Lindsey), Cody, Matthew (Amanda), Henry (Chloe), Noah, Clara and the Late Emily Grace Sulek; Great- Grandmother of Mila and Margot Sulek.
There will be a celebration of life at another time.
