Jackie was born in Indiana and spent most of her life in Gulf Breeze, Florida. She worked for many years at CVS in Gulf Breeze Proper, where she became well-loved by her customers and coworkers alike. Known for her cheerful spirit and for dressing up for every holiday, Jackie brought joy to all who knew her.
Family was the center of Jackie's world. She is survived by her children: Heather Saunders (Jay Saunders), Heidi Ruch, Jennifer Von Arb Rickles (Bryan Rickles), and Jordy Von Arb (Bri Von Arb). She was the proud grandmother of Caleb, Jacob, Kyler, Emily, Brendan, Benjamin, Gordon, Allison, Christopher and Matthew. And the adoring great-grandmother of Aribella, Jacob Junior and Kyson. To each of them, she was simply "Granny"-a name that carried warmth, comfort, and unconditional love.
Jackie was known for being extremely creative and remained active and involved in the lives of all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her joyful nature, her devotion to family, and the light she shared with her community.
She will be deeply missed.
