I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Jackie's family. Jackie & I were high school friends and shared many classes together and fun times at Harding. I will always remember her smile and great outlook on life. I was fortunate to see her at Bertucci's Rest. about 2 yrs. ago with her faimly and was so happy that she had remembered me. I think of that occasion often and will keep her family in my thoughts and prayers.

My prayers and thoughts are with you at this sad time. As a child growing up in Bridgeport, I have many memories of Jackie and her mom and dad. We spent many hours playing together, along with my brother and sister, in our backyards, and we all walked to Thomas Hooker School together. Cook was always fun to be with and was always such a happy person. I will always remember those fond memories.

My prayers are with you in this time of deep sadness. Jackie will remain a role model for me. When I was a teacher at Helen Keller Middle School I chose to involve my students in Community Service. But as with any project, one always needs help. Jackie was one person I could always count on whenever help was needed. What a wonderful role model she was for her children and the community of Easton. Jackie’s smile, her warm hug, her helping hands… are memories that will continue to live in my heart.
