Jacqulyn Ursino Obituary

Jacqulyn was born on July 7, 1930, in Iowa Park, Texas, to the late Lonnie and Ora Lee Nelson Henson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo Michael Ursino and great-grandson, Adam Jay Johnson.
She is survived by her children: Linda M. (Ronnie) Johnson of Tullahoma, TN, James Lonnie Michael (Sylvia) Ursino of San Diego, CA, Nick (Phyllis) Ursino of Shelbyville, TN and Katrina (Samuel) Scott of Wildomar, CA; twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorial donation may be made to the American Heart Association @ www.heart.org or to the Cancer Society @ https://donate.cancer.org.
Jacqulyn chose cremation, and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
