Jaime Quintero, 75, of Houston Tx passed away peacefully on Friday December 13th 2024. He was born on April 18th, 1949 to Leandro Quintero and Eva Macias. He married Gloria Silva on December 26th 1971 in Vallehermoso, Tamaulipas and together they had six children. He was a carpenter for most of his professional life as well as a talented musician playing a multitude of instruments. His deep passion for music inspired him to never give up his dream of performing. He was a part of a variety of musical groups throughout most of his life, this allowed him to be able to travel and share his passion with all those who heard him perform. He brought joy to many, whether he was performing at musical events or simply playing at home for friends and family. His music will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who heard it. Jaime was also very passionate being a grandfather who loved visiting his grandkids and always made sure they had a smile on their face. He is survived by his four daughters Heidy Cabrera, America Hernandez, Alheli Rojas, Anahi Quintero and his two sons Jaime Antonio Quintero and Jairo Quintero. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 51 years, Gloria Silva de Quintero as well as his parents Leandro and Eva Quintero. Three brothers Leandro Quintero, Maximino Quintero, and Mario Quintero and one sister Lucila Quintero.
