Andrew Jacob Asson, fondly known as Jake, was born on January 28, 1992, in
Ogden, UT, USA, and passed away on March 10, 2025. Jake was a charismatic individual who had a witty sense of humor. He was known for his infectious laughter, brightening any room he stepped into. His dedication, particularly towards his role as a manager at the restaurant he strove to grow, was unparalleled. Jake was a hardworking individual, always aiming for the best, not just for himself, but for his family as well.
Jake was a loyal son, a loving brother, and a dedicated father. He is survived by his son Ashtyn Asson, father Andrew (Tracy) Asson, brother Chase (Katy) Asson, and his Uncle Brad (Michelle) Asson, Aunt Melanie (Casey) Thomas, Uncle Mike (Melanie) McMillen, Uncle Byl (Steve) McMillen, and his significant other, Megan Hadley ( bonus kids Riyker,Teig, Eisley )Jake's love for his family and friends was evident in his every action. His son Ashtyn was the apple of his eye, and Jake's dedication as a father was truly inspiring.
Jake cherished his hobbies, which included gaming, camping, golfing, and spending quality time with his family. He was an avid Utah Jazz and WWE fan. Jake had a broad taste in music, ranging from "Strange" to country. His love for life, family, and his work is best summed up by the famous quote, "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." Jake's love for his work was evident in the way he managed his restaurant with true dedication.
