James W. Anderson Sr., age 63, passed away on April 11, 2025.
He was born on August 28, 1961, in Alliance, to Mary Louise (Blasiman) and Norvel Junior Anderson.
James attended Marlington High School. He worked at Marlboro Manufacturing.
James loved to hunt, fish, camp and do anything outdoors. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons James “Jimmy” Anderson Jr., Justin Anderson, and Joshua (Caroline) Anderson; siblings, Linda (Richard) Wagner, Norvel “Butch” (Janice) Anderson, Cora Birch, and Kevin (Angie) Anderson; along with many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 16th at 6:00 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior.
