Redmon Funeral HomeSTOW - James Loel Bailey, 86, passed away November 7, 2025.
Born in Akron, he was a lifetime resident of the area and had retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls and the Masonic Lodge.
James was predeceased by his parents, Loel and Ruth Greening Bailey; his wife, Caroline White Bailey, and his daughter, Christine Bailey Shambaugh.
He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Bailey; sister, Mary Ann (Joseph) Anzallo, and his brother-in-law, James (Patricia) White.
A Memorial Service will be held at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, Ohio 44224, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 2 PM, where friends may call from 1 PM, until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
