Carolyn and family,
I'm sorry to hear of Jim's passing of Jim. He was a classmate at Prep and we played in the band together. For the last few years we played together in Bob Uleck's Band. He will be missed.

First and foremost, I need to offer my most sincere condolences to Mrs. Bauman, Laura and those closest to Mr. Bauman. I feel like I have had the utmost pleasure of knowing Mr. Bauman for the better part of my life; as well as growing up alongside Laura, Doug, Billy and Daniel. Our families both swam at Lakeshore. I fondly remember interacting with Mr. Bauman when I first saw his model train, which was very impressive and anyone could see his face light up when he talked about his trains. I also remember seeing him out drumming when I attended a military ball many years ago. Every single time I saw him, he never once broke character. It seemed he was always happy as can be to see me and speak with me. I will never forget those feelings of sincerity. I mostly spoke with him at the chevy store, where he was always happy to talk and ask me questions about life. Again, that sincerity is hard to find amd I won't soon forget it. I'm sure you can tell Mr. Bauman had a significant impact on me and so his passing hit home. I wish you all God's peace and may He hold Mr. Bauman in His arms for eternity.
