Sandra Bauman

Sandra Marie Bauman, 82, of Williamston, passed away on February 13, 2026, in Lansing, MI. Born on December 11, 1943, affectionately known as "Sandy," graduated from Lake Forest High School in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Sandy's professional life was marked by her time at Bud West Realty in Crystal Falls, MI, and various business positions around Crystal Falls, Iron Mountain, and Lansing, MI, where her engaging personality and keen sense of style were well known and appreciated. She was often referred to as a "classy" and "dignified" lady.

She kept up with her Michigan Real Estate CEUs right up to her last days. Her love for classic movies, QVC shopping, fashion and hair styling was matched only by her devotion to her son, Ronald Wayne Bowman an alumnus of Forest Park Schools in Crystal Falls, MI and long-time resident of Tampa Bay area, Florida, and her grandchildren: Ronald Floyd Bowman of Grand Ledge, MI (deceased 2020); Sierra Geraldine Kautz (Bowman) and Callie Louise Bowman, both of the Tampa Bay, Florida area; and great-granddaughter Adeline Bowman.

A Roman Catholic, Sandy's faith was integral to her daily life.

Private family celebrations of life will be held in Lansing, MI, Florida, and Colorado, reflecting the breadth of her connections and the deep impact her life had on those around her. In place of flowers, charitable donations may be given to the Semper Fi & America's Fund, a cause Sandy was always passionate about supporting.
