James John Brinker

James John Brinker passed away on December 1, 2025, in Loveland, Colorado, at the age of 49. Born on December 15, 1975, James lived a life marked by adventure, resilience, and a deep love for the simple joys that brought him peace; especially fishing.

James was the son of Henry and Linda Brinker, both of whom have also passed. His mother, Linda, died just two days after James on December 3, 2025. He was one of four siblings: the younger brother to Sarah and older brother to Andrew and Ben. Throughout his life, James cherished his family deeply and shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Macho.

At the age of sixteen, James set out on a journey across the country, hitchhiking from place to place in search of experience and meaning. After several years of travel and exploration, he returned to Ann Arbor before eventually finding his way to Colorado. There, he settled down with a close family friend and spent his final days surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Fishing was James's greatest passion, an activity he could enjoy from dawn until dusk. Whether casting a line into a quiet lake or sharing stories by the water's edge, it brought him unmatched happiness. In Colorado's serene landscapes, he found contentment and joy like never before.
