James David Caltrider, 71, of Wheeling, passed away Friday, September 26, 2025, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.

He was born May 21, 1954, in Pittsburgh, PA, son of the late Robert R. and Regina Roseborough Caltrider.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his two brothers, Warren and Thomas Caltrider.

Surviving are his loving wife, MaryAnn Miller Caltrider; two sons, Coty James Caltrider (Jaimie), and Peter Raymond Miller (Cheryl); two grandsons, Brady and Kaden Miller; brother, John Caltrider; several nieces, nephews, and his dog, Humphrey.

James was a retired truck driver for Blueline Food Distribution out of Columbus, Ohio, a Catholic by faith, very proud to be a U.S. Marine and loved riding his Harleys. He was a very caring, extremely honest, and hardworking man who loved his family with all his heart and will be missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 12th, from 12-4 PM at Dirty Dog Lanes, 89 Edgington Lane, Wheeling, WV 26003.
