James "Jim" G. Daugherty, 58, of Rockford, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026. Born on September 5th of 1967 in Homestead, Pennsylvania to James C. and Linda (Lish) Daugherty. He married Kimberly Cholewinski in Pittsburgh, PA on February 24, 1996. They moved to the Rockford area together in 1997. Jim greatly enjoyed spending time fishing and going camping with close friends. He also attended and was a supporter of BreastFest; a fundraising group dedicated to ending breast cancer.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Kim; daughter, Chelsea Campbell; sisters, Kim Warner, Deanna Harmon, Jessica Harmon; good friends, Jeff and Ramario. He is predeceased by his parents and stepfather, Tom Harmon.
