James (Jim) Edward Estes, 72, of Bartlesville, was swept into the loving arms of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Monday morning, October 6, 2025.

Jim was born on May 18th, 1953, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to parents Billy Joe Estes and Lillian Rosetta (Sires) Estes. He graduated from College High School in 1972 and Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 1976. While in college he met the love of his life, Donna Rae Price. They were married on August 3, 1973, and have enjoyed 52 years of loving marriage.

Jim was the worship minister at Harvestime Assembly of God in Dewey, OK, for 32 years, where his talent and heart for God touched countless lives. The greatest joy he experienced was directing the Passion Play while at Harvestime. Jim was also a youth and parent effectiveness trainer. He started his own business as a healthcare consultant and was on the board of directors of the National Association of

Rural Health Clinics for 16 years. He enjoyed gardening and going to auctions to stock his 5 booths at Gans Mall. He loved to attend high school football games where his son was a drum major and his daughter was in the color guard. He loved life, loved his family and loved Jesus.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Donna; children, Janelle (Mat) Hitchcock and Sean (Brittany) Estes; sister, Carol Ann (Ben) Divin; grandchildren, Isaac, Judah, Fiama and Kira; and devoted fur baby, Gabe. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Jim's family will receive friends on Friday, from 6-8 p.m. at the Davis Family Funeral Home & Crematory-Walker Brown Chapel, 918-333-7665, 4201 Nowata Rd, Bartlesville. Visitation will also be held on Friday from 10-8.

Services will be held on Saturday, at 11 a.m., at the Northpoint Assembly of God, 1515 N. Osage Ave., Dewey, OK 74029. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home & Crematory-Walker Brown Chapel. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.DavisFamilyFuneralHome.com.
