James L. Gadzinski, age 70, late of Tinley Park, IL, passed away January 21, 2025. Parishioner at St. Stephen Deacon and Martyr Catholic Church in Tinley Park, IL. He was an avid golfer and an all-around sports fan with a special interest in college football, March Madness, and the Chicago Cubs. He enjoyed grilling and drinking craft beers. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
Beloved husband of Joann Gadzinski nee Lynch for 35 years. Loving father of Robin Harris and Aimee Pritchett. Cherished grandfather of Emilie Harris (fiancée Patrick Ihnat) and Daniel Harris. Caring brother of Peter (Mary) Gadzinski and Kathryn (Donald) Brownell. Preceded in death by his dear parents Leonard and Dorothy Gadzinski, loving sister Sheryl Gadzinski, and cherished grandparents Irene and Stephen Adams. Fun uncle of many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Breakfast buddies with cousins Dorene, David, and Mary. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation, Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home, 17248 S. Harlem Ave. Tinley Park, IL 60477. Prayers at the Funeral Home, Monday, January 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., to St. Stephen Deacon and Martyr Catholic Church for 11:00 a.m. Funeral Mass. Interment will be Private.
