James Glover Obituary
Mr. James Charles Glover, age 87, of Elevation Road died Friday, July 2, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Graveside Services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Hodges Chapel PFWB Church Cemetery in Benson. Officiating will be Mr. A. W. Lee.
Mr. Glover was born June 27, 1934 in Harnett County to the late James Cary and Evelyn Messer Glover. He was preceded in death by a son, Carl Glover; daughters, Jo Ann Carroll and Vicki Lee. Mr. Glover was a retired auto mechanic.
Surviving is his wife of 66 years, Janie Glover; son, Randy Glover and wife, Tammy; son-in-law, A. W. Lee; brothers, Cecil Glover and Lee Ray Glover; sisters, Willa Dean Stewart, Brenda McDonald, Gail Bradshaw; grandchildren, Cary Carroll, Perry Carroll, Tammy Dudley, Brandon Lee, Ashley Faircloth, and Emily Glover; great-grandchildren, Landon Dudley, Charley Carroll, Rylee Dudley, Colton Carroll, Raelyn Lee, Luke Faircloth and Dakota Lee; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends after the graveside service and other times at the home.
