Jim was a member of my graduating class, a fellow tiger, and a good friend. We had the opportunity to play 3 sports together. He played center on the basketball team and I played a forward position. No one ever told me, but Jim shared with me that some of our opponents thought we were brothers, perhaps because of our blonde burr haircuts. I had the opportunity to play golf with Jim a few times later in life. We had a great time catching up and sharing some memories of our high school days (at least the ones we could remember). My condolences to Jim's family. He was one of the good ones!
