James David "Jimmy" Hahn

A Bloomfield resident, Mr. James "Jimmy" David Hahn, age 86, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025, at his residence. He was born November 27, 1939, in Bloomfield to the late Chester and Dorothy Conder Hahn. Jimmy was a farmer and a retired employee of General Electric. He was a United States Army Veteran and was a member of Bloomfield Baptist Church. Jimmy enjoyed anything on the farm, racing go carts and pulling tractors. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Hood Hahn, his daughter, Karen (Bryan "Boo") Trent, his son, Greg (Cynthia) Hahn, 2 brothers, Jerry Hahn, Ricky (Carrie) Hahn, all of Bloomfield, 3 grandchildren, Nick (Chloe) Hahn, Ryan (Courtney) Trent, Daniel Trent, and 3 great grandchildren, Kynlee and Waylen Trent and Greta June Hahn. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, December 15, 2025 at the Houghlin Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Pastor Richard Carwile and Bill Judd will officiate. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 12:00-5:00 pm and Monday after 9:00 am until time of the funeral service. The Houghlin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
