James Franklin “Frankie” Hamilton, 86, of Norman Park, passed away at CRMC on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 11:00 am in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.
Born on May 31, 1938, in Berrien County, Georgia, he was the son of the late Marvin Hamilton and Nora Roberts Hamilton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son Daniel Hamilton, brother Marvin “Buddy” Hamilton, and sisters Marie Rowe, Latrelle Wilson, and Dot Hamilton all of Moultrie.
Mr. Hamilton is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean Bivins Hamilton of Norman Park; son James Franklin Hamilton, Jr, daughter in love, Michele Davis and husband Andy of Monroe, NC, sisters, Fran Jacobs and Shirley Conger both of Moultrie, grandchildren James Daniel Hamilton and wife Sarah of Wingate, NC, Joshua Benson and wife Sara of Calhoun, GA and Aaron Davis of Monroe, NC, great-grandchildren Wyatt Hamilton, Gibson Hamilton, and Harleigh Benson.
