Mr. Hamlin passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022 in LaGrange, Georgia. He was born on November 20, 1941 in Ashland, Alabama to Oscar Lee Hamlin and Ervie Mae Scarborough Hamlin. Mr. Hamlin enjoyed taking care of his dogs, watching television, sports, football, and would help anyone that needed him.
He is survived by his sisters, Judy F. Smith (Walter) of Jacksons Gap, AL and Brenda Collett of Alexander City, AL, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Ervie Mae and Graydon Murphy, and Oscar Lee and Fannie Ava Hamlin, and sisters, Gladys Stafford, Margaret Ray, and Hazel Greenhill.
