I worked for Jim in the 1990s. He was one of my favorite managers in my 50+ year career. Here's a fond memory: Jim and I were in Ottawa on a business trip. One morning, my hotel phone rang very early. It was Jim reminding me that it was All Saints' Day, and off to Mass we went. My condolences to the family. He was a great guy. Go Irish!
