James Ken Hartzog, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on November 24, 1952, in Orangeburg, South Carolina, he lived a life marked by dedication, service, and faith. Ken proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Air Force, embodying the values of honor and commitment throughout his life. His deep love for God was evident in all he did, and he was an active member of Peachtree City Christian Church, where he found community and spiritual fulfillment. Ken is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Robin Hartzog, who stood by his side through life's many seasons. He leaves behind three sons: Bobby Hartzog and his wife Lana, Deniss Hartzog, and Aaron Hartzog, each of whom carry forward his legacy of strength and integrity. Ken is also survived by his loving sisters, Cyndy Ward and Debbie Clark, who cherished their bond with him. A celebration of Ken's life will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Peachtree City Christian Church, with Dr. George Dillard officiating. In honor of Ken's spirit and wishes, attendees are encouraged to dress casually. Ken's memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His unwavering faith, dedication to family, and service to his country will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to be part of his life.
