Visit the New Comer Cremations & Funerals - Depew website to view the full obituary.

Loving Father, Grandfather, proud U.S. Army Veteran, and cherished member of the Cheektowaga community, peacefully entered into eternal rest on August 13th 2025. Jim's heartwarming presence will forever be remembered.

Predeceased by his loving wife Joan M. Ladowski.

James was the beloved son of the late Edward and Hattie Ladowski and brother of the late Michael Ladowski.

Jim leaves behind, a legacy that is carried on by his children: Gary (Deborah), Janice (Rodney), Teri (Harry), Kathy (Carlo), and Tammy (Todd). His spirit lives on through his cherished grandchildren: Jeffrey, Melissa, Katelyn, Joshua, Madisyn, Meghan, Maria, Christian, and Ryleigh, and it will continue to shine brightly in the lives of his great-grandchildren: Sofie, Hudson, Paxton, Riven, Grayson, and Larkyn. He is also survived by his brother Robert (Elaine) Ladowski and a host of nieces and nephews who will always remember him with love.

Jim's warmth and compassion touched the lives of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will remain etched in the hearts of his family and friends, always inspiring love and togetherness. As we celebrate his life, let us hold onto the joy and kindness he gifted to us all.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, on Friday August 22nd 2025 at 10 o'clock at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 950 Losson Rd., Cheektowaga, NY 14227.

Please assemble at the Church.

Interment of Jim's and his wife Joan's ashes and Jim's Military Honors will follow his Mass at St. Matthews Cemetery.
