He is survived by 3 children, Sara (Dominic Passerini) Kieser, James R. (Holly) Kieser Jr., and Jennifer Kieser; his fiancée, Donna Esdale; his sister, Dianna (Tom) Dixon; and 2 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister; and two brothers.
James owned and operated JRK Enterprises, Inc. for many years.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Gary Deiters Funeral Home & Cremation Services in East Peoria is assisting the family.
