James Konrad Funeral Mass Video

James "Jim" L. Konrad, age 68, of New London, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 25, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. James was born on October 21, 1956 in New London, WI to Leon and Lucille Konrad. Jim spent his life rooted in love, hard work, and deep family values. On November 16, 1974, he married the love of his life, Terri Bruette. Together, they built a beautiful family life filled with laughter, tradition, and devotion.

He was a proud and dedicated employee of Miller Electric in Appleton, where he worked for over 40 years. His work ethic and loyalty were unmatched, leaving a legacy that extended far beyond the workplace. Jim was a passionate outdoorsman, who especially loved spring fishing trips with his children and grandchildren. He cherished those moments-teaching the next generation how to make popcorn on the raft and passing on his knowledge and stories. Each fall, he looked forward to bow hunting season with the same excitement and commitment year after year. At home, Jim took great pride in his lawn and garden, spending countless hours tending to every detail with care and joy. His green thumb and sense of pride were evident in the garden and freshly mowed lawn.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Terri; his children, Chad (Wendy) Konrad, Kristi (Rob) Miller, and Ryan (Casey) Konrad; grandchildren, Taylor Clinton (Dusty Beyer), Kylie Clinton, Garrett Konrad, Rylee Konrad, Rhianna Miller, and Raeden Miller; and great-grandchildren, Laynie Beyer and Josey Beyer.

He is further survived by his siblings, Gary (Cheri) Konrad, Don (Diane) Konrad, Kathy (Ron) Petit, Cindy (Chops) Berkhahn and Mark Konrad (special friend Amy); in-laws, Ernie Omernik, Helen Scheid, Voni (Hank) Schuh, Barb (Jody) Theil and Jeff Bruette, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Lucille Konrad; his in-laws, Merlin Bruette and Jean Omernik; brother-in-law, Randy Scheid and sister-in-law, Sue Bruette.

He leaves behind a family who adored him and countless memories that will live on through stories, traditions, and the love he so freely gave. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

The Konrad family would like to thank the Waupaca County Sheriff Department, EMT's and First Responders for the care and compassion they provided in their time of need.

The Funeral Mass for James will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Lebanon. The visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at a later date.

Dear Terry and family, I am so sorry to hear about Jim´s passing . I know the feeling of numbness and disbelief you are going through. Jim was a good man. He had a great life of love and many friendships. Dan and Jim are hunting in heaven. Watching over us all. We must have done something right to have had such great men and family´s together. I wish you peace and comfort in the days ahead. Sincerely Bonnie Van Lanen
