James L. Cooper 63 was born May 18, 1961, and passed away November 18, 2024. He is survived by Father: J D Cooper, Brother: Wayne Cooper, Four Aunts, Two Uncles, and several cousins.

Jimmy was my cousin he and I share a birthday except I am 1 year older than him, I would always call him or he would call me on his birthday I will forever miss him prayers for JD and Wayne love you guys.RIP my sweet cousin until we meet again.
