James Lee "Jimmy" LaMacchia

James "Jimmy" Lee LaMacchia, age 41, of Eaton Rapids, MI passed away on December 7, 2025 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Jimmy came in to this world on March 24, 1984 to Barb Sanders (Pugh) and James Ralph LaMacchia; He remained an only child. Jimmy graduated from Eaton Rapids High School in 2001. He dabbled in careers but ultimately settled as a CDL truck driver. Jimmy published a book and he loved fishing, hunting, trapping, gardening, cooking, music, movies and playing Sky Rim. He was very blunt but caring and accommodating. He was always willing to talk and spend time with those he cared for. He is survived by his children Donovan (Rachel), Jozelyn, Nikoli and Damian LaMacchia; his mother Barb Pugh, his aunts "Bertie" (Jeff) Pugh, Melonie (Roger) Midgent, his long term girlfriend Rebecca (Becca) Sheets and his best friend Alicia Newsome. A Memorial will be held for family and close friends at 1:00 PM Sunday, December 21st at pm at VFW Post 6056 Adams-Rockey, 230 Mechanic St, Springport, MI 49284.
