Mr. James Lasiter, age 74 of Ball, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Friday, November 4, 2022 at Rapides Regional hospital.
A memorial service for James will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home.
James was preceded in death by his parents, James E. and Eula Mae Lasiter; one son, Leon Lasiter; one grandson, Joshua Sinsley; father-in-law, Warren Wilkinson; and one brother, Leon Lasiter.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia Lasiter; four daughters, Cynthia Babb, Debbie Winters (and family), Cassandra Davenport (and family), and Jill Michiels; one son, Robert Sinsely (Mary and family); grandchildren, Alexzander Babb, Elizabeth Babb, Nathan Babb II, Jimmy Corley III, Sabastian Michiels, and Erialle Michiels; and fifteen great grandchildren.
James liked to watch t.v., especially westerns. He also enjoyed driving his truck often. He would fish in his spare time with his grandkids that were close to him. His grandkids kept him busy and that's how he liked it. He was a Veteran and fought in the Vietnam War. He always liked to tinker and always had a project. His dogs were his best friends, he talked to them like they were people. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
