James Mack Lee, a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on August 12, 2025, in Greenville, SC, at the age of 64. Born on June 4, 1961, James lived a life marked by dedication, camaraderie, and a love for the great outdoors.
James was the son of James Junior Lee and the late Ida Hazel Lee, and is survived by his family, including his sister Wanda Cruell (Tony), his brother George Lee (Cathy), his niece Angel Christine Lee, his nephew Cameron Alexander Cruell, and many cousins. He was also a nephew to his Aunt Georgia and Uncle Robert Moore.
For those who knew him, James was the epitome of reliability, a trait that he carried into his professional life as a lifetime truck driver. His work was not just a job but a testament to his character; he was a man who valued hard work and took pride in a job well done. James's commitment to his profession was paralleled by his involvement with the Moose Lodge, where he was a faithful member. His fellow lodge members will miss his steadfast presence and the sense of brotherhood he brought to every meeting.
James's interests extended beyond his work and community service. He was an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting and fishing. His happiest moments were spent in the serenity of nature, where he found both adventure and tranquility. James's love for the outdoors was infectious, and he often shared this passion with his family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
