James Terry Lively, 58, of Bushnell, went to be with the Lord on August 7, 2025. He was born in Griffin, Georgia on July 31, 1967 to Charles and Dorothy Lively. James was a man of strong faith. He was a master carpenter and enjoyed building furniture, doing woodwork and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Jeanne Lively of Bushnell, Florida for 31 years. Daughter: Kayla Lively of Bushnell, Florida. Son: Stetson Lively of Bushnell, Florida. Grandchildren: Tristen Ellis and Logen Ellis of Port Charlotte, Florida. Brother: Mike (Jill) Lively of Griffin, Georgia. Father-in-law and Mother-in-law: Peanut and Darlene Fussell of Bushnell, Florida. Brother-in-law: Wayne (Alicia) Fussell of Bushnell, Florida. Sister-in-laws: Tina (Scott) Pitts of Bushnell, Florida and Sunshine (Jason) Stevens of Bushnell, Florida and many treasured nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Pete and Dorothy Kirkland and Wilmer and Katie Sue Elmore; Brothers: Joey Lively and Chuck Lively. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sumter Schools Enhancement Foundation and mailed to: 2680 W C 476 Bushnell, FL 33513. A viewing will be held on Saturday August 23, 2025 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Purcell Chapel, Beyers Funeral Home, 114 West Noble Ave, Bushnell, Florida. A Celebration of Life (Drop In) will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 (casual attire) from 3:00 to 6:00 @ the Wahoo Community Center in Bushnell, Florida. Condolences may be sent to the family at https://www.beyersfuneralhome.com/ Arrangements have been entrusted to Beyers Funeral Home- Purcell Chapel, Bushnell, Florida.
