James Howard Lowden, Age 78, On November 5, 2024, of Voorhees, formerly of Audubon. Survived by the mother of his children, Jeanne Knight of Southampton, three daughters, Stephanie Lowden (John Myers) of Gloucester City; Cynthia Marco (Dean) of Lumberton; Jaclyn Robinson of Mt. Laurel, and four grandchildren, Michaela, Liam, Layla and Brianna.
James was formerly a teacher for the Cherry Hill Public School System from 1971-2003. He was a member of Haddonfield United Methodist Church and regularly attended Audubon United Methodist Church until moving to Voorhees. He enjoyed cheering for the Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers, summers in Ocean City, NJ, coaching his daughters' softball team, trips to Mt. Misery, and working summers at both Bobby Clarke's Day Camp and John's Market in Haddon Heights.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Friday November 15th from 10-11 AM at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia https://give2.chop.edu/

We are so sorry to hear of James“ passing. Our daughter was blessed to have had Mr. Lowden as her teacher. He was always so sweet and kind to her. May you find comfort in the memories and the influence he had as a teacher on so many lives.
