James F. Lykens

James F. Lykens, age 77, of New Kensington, died August 11, 2024, at Kane Regional Nursing Center of McKeesport. Born February 27, 1947, in West Virginia, he was the son of the late William and Louise (Williams) Lykens. Jim was retired from the Park Corp., where he was an asbestos remover. He enjoyed watching westerns, baseball, football, and was an avid reader. Jim was also a history buff and coin collector. He will always be remembered as a hard working family man. Jim is survived by his children, James, Jr., Chrissy, Jason, Jessie; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; step children, Amber and Anthony; sisters, Gloria, Michelle, Tami, Melissa; and brother, Bill.
