James Mahon Obituary
Born in New Brunswick, Mr. Mahon resided in Piscataway for many years before moving to New Egypt 35 years ago.
Prior to his retirement he worked as a Draftsman for 35 years. Mr. Mahon enjoyed taking care of all of his fruit trees in his back yard, he also loved
gardening and baking for friends and family.
He was a US Navy veteran serving his country with honor during the Vietnam war.
Predeceased by his parents James Sr. and Dorothy (Zimmerman) Mahon. Surviving are a brother Allen and his wife Randee; 2 nieces Wendy Mahon and Sandi Hull
and their families; 1 Aunt Carol and many cousins; 3 special folks from Ocean County Allen, Marie and Meredith.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 5th, 2026 in GLEASON FUNERAL HOME, 1360 Hamilton Street, Somerset, from 10:30Am to 11:30am followed by a funeral service. Interment will follow at Lake Nelson Memorial Park,
Piscataway.
