James McBee, 62, of Perry, Arkansas passed away March 15, 2023. He was born November 3, 1960 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Roy Vinson and Bessie (Prince) McBee.
James enjoyed spending time outdoors and fishing. Holidays were his favorite time of the year, and he always looked forwards to decorating. He was an animal lover. James’ family was most important to him. They created many lifetime memories travelling all over the United States together. James loved BBQ and made some of the best BBQ you’ve ever had.
Preceding James in death are his parents, Roy and Bessie Prince; and brothers: Ted and Johnny McBee.
James leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 26 years, Deborah McBee; son, Troy McBee and wife Carrie; daughter, Nina Davis and partner Vickie Henderson; grandchildren, Jessie Nelson and Christopher Traylor; great-grandchild, Jaxon Nelson; sisters, Sharon Holland and Beverly Stewart; and many family members and friends who love James and will miss him always.
Services will be held Friday, March 31, with visitation held 12:00-1:00 PM, and memorial service following at 1:00 PM, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street in Benton, Arkansas.
