James Miksza Obituary
and a Master's Degree from Kean University in Union. He was a social worker for Hudson County Welfare Board for more than 40 years. James was a veteran of the US Army and served during the Vietnam war. He was a member of the American Legion.
James was a voracious reader, and also enjoyed listening to all genres of music. He enjoyed traveling,and Greece was one of his favorite places to visit and tour.
He was predeceased by his siblings Diane Charette and Frank Miksza.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Robichaud Miksza; two brothers, Robert and Stanley Miksza; and his sister in law's, Linda Kativa (Eric); Donna Robichaud (Mark Horvath); Diane Robichaud, and Cathy Miksza. James is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as his special cats Maggie and Vanessa.
Memorials may be made to The Bloomfield Animal Shelter, 61 Bukowski Place, Bloomfield, NJ 07003.
Services will be private.
